University of Sufism Peacemaking Masters/AC Program Online Registration

Please fill out the following form to reserve your place with the Peacemaking Masters/AC Program at the Farm of Peace in June of 2022.

Note that there is a full program every day June 6-8 (3-day zawiyya) and June 9-15 (7-day final class session), so recommended travel days are Sunday June 5 (zawiyya) or Wednesday June 8 (class session) for arrivals. Thursday June 16 is the recommended departure date for all students. If you would like to stay beyond June 16th please make separate arrangements with the IPC staff.

We encourage you to arrive before 8 pm on your travel day, or before 7:45 am on your first day of class if you live or are staying locally. This is to ensure ample time for everyone to complete sign-in with host, Kamilah Bell, before class starts at 8:45 am with al-wird.

June 15 classes end after the graduation ceremony at 6:30 pm and we ask all students to stay until that time.

Dinner will be served at that time and breakfast will be served at 8 am on the morning of Thursday, June 16, or earlier for some if needed to get to the airport on time. Total nights June 5-15 are 11 for the full program, or 8 (June 8-15) for just the school session. Other than for an optional breakfast, there will be no charge for June 16, since you will not be here that night.

You may pay a daily rate for us to prepare all meals for you, or select which meals you would like prepared: for example, some students staying off campus may prefer to eat breakfast before they come. You may request a (potentially) shared room or a room to yourself. Feel free to ask any questions you may have in the comment section at the bottom of the form. Our aim is to accommodate your needs.

Registration must be completed and payments made or sent by Sunday May 29th in order to guarantee your space.

Covid Testing and Waiver Consent Form

Please ensure you receive a PCR test for Covid approximately 3 days before your travel to the FOP, so you can have the result before you travel and you can bring evidence of a negative test result with you as required for joining the class live.

Below is a link to the Farm of Peace Informed Consent Release form to confirm you accept responsibility for your own health care, e.g., by choosing when it would be wise for you to be wearing a mask. Please fill out and submit this form prior to arrival.

Refund policy:

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival – full refund minus any processing fees
Cancellations made 3-7 days prior to arrival – 50% refund minus processing fees, unless based on a positive test result for covid.
No refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival, unless based on a positive test for covid.
